今天想跟大家分享我這個不可能失敗的曲奇食譜~
Today I want to share my always-win cookies recipe~
材料:
糖霜 60 克
室溫牛油 50克
蛋( 打) 2 湯匙
幼白糖 10~20克
低筋面粉 ~100克 (+)
*士多啤梨味*
士多啤梨味 茶包 x1 (拆開, 要內裡茶葉碎)
紅色 食用色素 少許
白朱古力粉 2湯匙
*香橙朱古力味*
純無糖朱古力粉 2湯匙
橙 香精 半茶匙
杏仁粒 (個人喜好)
黑朱古力粒(個人喜好)
Ingredients:
Icing sugar 60g
Margarine (room temp.) 50g
Egg (beated) 2 tbsp
Caster sugar 10~20g
Plain flour ~100g (+)
(+)= or more
*Strawberry flavour*
Strawberry tea bag x 1 (only the tea leaves is needed)
Red colouring very little
White chocolate powder 2tbsp
*Orange and double-chocolate flavour*
Unsweetened cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Orange essence 1/2 tsp
Almonds pieces (optional)
Dark chocolate chips (optional)
做法:
- 預熱焗爐, 150度
- 打室溫牛油和糖霜, (紅色素)直至白滑
- 篩入面粉, 白糖, 蛋, (茶葉碎) (白朱古力粉)/ (橙 香精) (杏仁粒) (純無糖朱古力粉)
- 用匙慢慢攪至半團狀(不太濕又不太乾..有點難形容), 避免一次過將所有面粉加入
- 加入(黑朱古力粒), 稍為用匙攪匀
- 用保鮮紙包好, 放入冰霜10分鐘, 變成半硬
- 拿出來做你想做的形狀(用太長時間, 有可能會變軟, 可重覆入冰霜)
- 放上一個已鋪牛油紙的盤上, 焗10~15分鐘 (我的厚度大概0.3~0.4cm)
- 注意: 出爐後, 要先等待10分鐘, 後慢慢移到托架上~ 成功的曲奇要完成涼透才會變脆
How to do?
- Pre-heat oven, 150 degrees
- Place a grease paper on the baking tray
- Beat together the margarine and icing sugar, (red colouring) until it is fluffy
- Gradually sift in flour, sugar, egg, (tea leaves) (White chocolate powder)/ (orange essence) (cocoa powder) (almond pieces)
- Use a spoon to gently mix the ingredients and make a half-dough form (not too sticky nor dry), (avoid to add in the flour all at once)
- Add in chocolate chips, and evenly combine it
- Place the dough on a clinging firm, wrap it in a ball shape and put in the freezer for 10 mins to get it harder
- Take out from the fridge and make your own shape ( If the dough turns soft again, repeat previous step)
- Put your cookies on a baking tray , bake it for 10~15 mins ( Mine is about 0.3~0.4 cm thick)
- <P.S.> Try to leave it cool for 10 mins after taking it out from oven, then you may move them to wire cooling rack. Cookies often turn crunchy after they are completely cooled.
除了士多啤梨茶, 還可試其他的, 例如:Earl Grey, 紅茶等~
